Today is Columbus Day- aka no school for elementary school.
I had all four kiddos home today so we decided to make Halloween Sugar Cookies
We made our cookies out of batts, cats, pumpkins and tomb stones. And decorated them with orange frosting and Halloweenie sprinkles.
While we waited for the cookies in the oven we watched "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown."
It definitely felt like October today!
Happy Columbus Day!

October with the Yenchiks
Robyn and I went on a morning date to Einstein's Bagels a few days ago. We had coupons and gift cards!! Robyn politely declined to have photos taken of her that early in the morning. So I took pictures of our food.
Meet Jorge Alejandro. He is our scarecrow. He lives on our front porch and is our cute fall decoration.
And check out our Halloween Costumes. This picture is with Grandma Curtis at the Curtis Family Halloween Party.
And if you didn't know, I love Halloween. One of my favorite holidays. Another post all about pumpkin carving is soon to come to the blog.
