Sunday Evening Dessert

Tonight I tried out a new recipe and it was a huge hit.

Whole-Wheat Banana Bread with Greek Yogurt.

You can begin to imagine how moist they were and they had no sugar.

I will definitely be making these again sometime soon.

Whole-Wheat Walnut Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Chips

Yes, you read the title right, last night I made the most delicious Wheat Walnut Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Chips.

They were super easy and my new "go to" chocolate chip recipe. I made a batch of cookies, cooked two for Andrew and put the rest of the dough balls in the freezer for desserts later in the week.

Shredded chicken

Last night when Micah and I were having dinner together she taught me how to make shredded chicken SUPER EASY and SUPER QUICK.

It's like a magic trick.

Now, I know magicians don't share their secrets with others, but it's just so cool I have too! Here I go...

Cook your chicken as you would normally- in the oven, BBQ, crockpot style etc. Right after the chicken is cooked all the way throw it into your Kitchen Aid with the "paddle" attachment (see picture below) and turn it on low for about a minute.

Prepare to be amazed, your chicken will be perfectly shredded in NO time.

Amazing huh? Just like magic.
